Want to make money with blog contents? Entice “Scrapping”!

Written by admin on September 20, 2007 – 8:57 am -

The circulation speed of a new trend in the age of Internet is beyond conception. It is interesting to note how trend is made almost instantaneously as a news spread through various portals and on-line mass communications as it occurs. It has its adverse side effects but what’s important is that there’s voluntary participation of netizens in the trend making process.

Why focus on the voluntary participation instead of trends or issue makers? Netizens chose “Scrapping” in order to collect high interests and click figures with minimal investment. In the end, they know that you can maintain high clock figures just by scrapping a issue content in their blog due to the visits from search results.

If you analyze the actions of netizens by search engine keywords, you notice that similar contents are posted over and over regardless of blog or web page search results. Eventually, “Scrap” culture depreciates the quality of contents and portal sites are forced to utilize a filtering technology to filter out similar contents. If you look at the big picture, one can predict that ‘Scrap” are likely to be filtered out and only the original contents are likely to be exposed.

This provides the content creator bloggers with a very advantageous environment. It denotes a high evaluation of pure content creator blogs which were numerically weak compared to other blogs that have been collecting and maintaining by merely scrapping issues of interests in order to acquire high click figures. It is predictable that bloggers who will induce natural clicks by providing necessary information through the analysis of a process where random people are lured by trolling contents and given negative impression through the ad exposure, will be the center of attention.

But who, among many, have been building competitive, verified portfolios that can meet corporate demands? To meet this criteria, you must go beyond the level of posting themes of personal interest; instead, be able to fully utilize multimedia content developing tools and have expert knowledge of advertising, marketing, psychology, society and marketing theory.

Are you ready?
If so, you can make enough money through blog.

Korean Bloggers - scapegoats of ‘The Long Tail’

Written by admin on September 18, 2007 – 11:37 am -

The Long Tail is the main flow of Web 2.0 and for that matter one has to consider the relationship between blog and The Long Tail. How will blog and The Long Tail evolve together? and where will its influence reach? is the critical question we need to ask.

“The Long Tail” is quite well know and there are plenty of references on the Internet so I suggest that you look into it if you are required to do so. Here we will focus on blogger’s relationship and “The Long Tail”.

The Long Tail talks about the value of small sized, yet long tails and its the core of The Long Tail. What’s important here is that Amazon, which the book describes a successful case, already build a system that can utilize The Long Tail. Google, too is in the process of creating a database of all human knowledge into a system that will correspond with The Long Tail. In a world where very few top level corporates are ruling the world, our corporates aren’t seem prepared to exceed those corporates of future and the only thing we can do is to watch them from a far as they progress. In fact, those who knows that a value added is actually created in those areas will take it by all means possible.

Then how should those remote, individual bloggers survive together without being sacrificed?

If we look closely, mega corporations like Amazon have already finished all preparations to generate a profit in regards to The Long Tail. For example, bloggers are making profit from the user’s click by placing google ads between the contents about a non-best-seller (corresponds to The Long Tail) at a suitable position on their blog. But a profit made from it is very small portion compare to the overall profit which most of it goes to Amazon (book seller’s profit) or Google (advertisement profit). If you omit the google ads or even go about quitting the blog because you think it isn’t fair, there are many users worldwide who will simply take your seat so eventually it will make no difference to them therefore making a greater overall gap as time progresses. In the end, all bloggers who generate a legitimate value will have to sell their knowledge and know-how in order to increase clicks. In other words; a money making puppet for them.

Then is there really a way to make a profit other than through clicks? Ultimately, all comes down to a preposition: necessity or a choice. That is, you must first decide if you blog is a necessity or a choice; and if this criteria can be recognized by companies like Amazon or google, then you can make a profit as you co-exist with them.

Putting ads into blogs is spreading like trend, but this (ad inserting) will ultimately change the contents to be an Internet Troll therefore combining the contents with ads. But you must remember, the outcome won’t be so gratifying no matter how much effort you put into it.

Why try to follow their scenario as they expect?

Please don’t try to market things on the blog.

Written by admin on August 22, 2007 – 9:22 am -

I ask you not to post things for marketing purposes on the blog.

logs are non-commercial marketing tools, which present personal characteristics of an individual. However, more people are seen to be making open transactions on the blog. One advantage of selling on the blog that these people could be after is that they can be found on the search engine listing in a short period of time. But unfortunately, these transcations could result in more negative effects rather than more profit. Your customer may feel disturbed and present open revulsions about your blog.

Now isn’t that interesting? Rather than encountering an official website with a domain through a specific word search, finding a blog with a different nature filled with commercial strategies could easily offend the viewers and even stir the feeling of betrayal. This is because a medium like blogs are still seen as a personal media system instead of a tool that is used for marketing or advertising purposes. The fact that many bloggers find problem with bloggers that try to market on their blogs suggests that there are greater opportunities for creative and ingenious bloggers. They clearly see that blogs are not a marketing tool nor can be used to make transactions. Also, the fact that blogs are expected to reflect individual characteristics of bloggers as a private media system lifts values of true bloggers who represents a good infrastructure.

Many netizens who started surfing the net for resources got tired of numerous advertisements soon turned to cafes and clubs to push away commerical wastes from their previous netizen lives. They soon started to approve the value of the system just because there were no advertising efforts involved. In the near future, blogs will be appreciated for its values and purity just for the reason that it does not try to sell anything. Considering these points, would you still like to commercialize your blog? Actually, I am thankful to those who market on their blogs. They themselves reveal that they are providing wastes of the blogs and more bloggers, who were silent, are going through these unpleasant experiences. As a result, more enterprises will experience hardships on marketing on blogs and only minor pioneers will enjoy their power over these infra. One of the reasons that the websites die out is because of the advertisements and commercial results.

The important thing is the “non-commercial marketing”.
Try not to overly stress on the commodities too much and present useful resources and values on the blogs. Please do not market on the blogs.

If you prefer money so much, it is better for you to get out of your seat now and find some other work to do.
